Lined vessels

This year I have started to work on some new porcelain pieces. I wanted to create something quieter, calmer in ceramics. Not so vivid, not so bright something to focus on the pot beauty. I love colours so I still used subtle brush lines outside on the pieces.
I glazed the inner surface and polished the outside one to achieve a nice, tactile touch.

I try to develop a new range that is closer to my heart and it’s much more of me. It’s not yet finished as it always takes longer to create a new body of work.

I will show these lined vessels at Top Drawer, Craft in September.

Enjoy the new photos.
