ORDERING

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 5-7 days of payment being received. We expect to receive your payment in full within 7 days of the order being placed, and cannot post out your order until payment has been received in full.

As soon as we receive your payment and the goods have been dispatched, you’ll receive an email providing a tracking number for your parcel. UK orders will arrive in 2-3 working days from being despatched. If your goods fail to reach you by the suggested date, then please email us as soon as you can and we will look into it. Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order, if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage. In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.

Prices and availability of item(s) and postage are subject to change without prior notice.

POTTERY CLASSES

Please try to make sure that you can attend as many of the classes over a 4-week course as possible. In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to classes it is not possible to provide alternative studio time, or for a class to be rescheduled or refunded. Unfortunately we cannot provide vouchers for these situations.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you’d like to return an ordered product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. The full price of the product will be refunded within 14 days of your product arriving back to us.

The product must be in the same new, unopened, flawless condition as it was accepted. Any costs associated with the return of your Item(s) will be covered by you. You must be able to identify the given order and must notify us by email first at info@editjuhaszceramics.com before returning it and wait for our response.

The reply email will describe the address to which the product should be sent.
